ProFusion X Cash Gifting --Is It Legal?

Wealth creation on the internet has taken its twists and turns over the year. There is no shortage of "turn-key" systems touting the ability to "turn your computer into an ATM machine". (Just love that!) With the economy dragging along and unemployment rising, it is no surprise that people are coming in droves to the internet for relief, for a little extra cash. Climate Gate?

You know, this whole sham of a thing called Global Warming has been
finally exposed. It doesn't surprise me that evidence of declining
temperatures was covered up. Otherwise, the whole money-stealing
machine would have come to a halt. I wonder what will be fabricated
next to keep those government grants for research coming?

To think that the FTC has
placed restrictions and regulations on bloggers and network marketers...
the average joe making a living online.

Where were the regulations
for the banks, whose illegal and immoral practices brought us to the
brink of international financial disaster? Where are those regulations
still, since the bailout kept banks going, with no changes in how they
do business. C-Span tonight had the representative from Southern
California naming the countless porkbarrel rip-offs that the American
taxpayer has suffered. He was right. It is time for Americans to take
back our country....there is no integrity, no honesty.

He said the biggest challenge was to change the apathy among
Americans into action. We just don't trust our government.
Today's news was the latest reason no to. As for me, I'll keep
my trust in the Lord Jesus Christ. "Let God be God, and every
man a liar". Romans 3:4 Return to accountability, conscience
and generosity.

How Will FTC Regulations Affect Your Marketing?

Last Tuesday, Dec 1st, the Federal Trade Commission threw down the
gauntlet with regard to marketing and advertising which uses exaggerated
claims of financial windfalls and overnight success.

Yippee! I'm certainly sick of all the hype online...
...just buy this "system" and rake in thousands in 30 days!

I, for one, am delighted that it will now be necessary to advertise
genuine, typical results in marketing campaigns.

Over exaggeration will not disappear over night most likely,
and this FTC move should not be viewed as a huge slap
in the face to network marketers. Not at all!

Why? Because truly effective network marketing will always
involve strong, attraction methods utilizing superior content,
offering useful solutions and leadership.

Permission Marketing On the Internet

Here's a quick overview of what it takes to successfully market yourself and your products or service on the internet.

With millions of hungry people searching the web everyday for their "Golden Ticket" opportunity, let me say that most will be disappointed. There is no success without hard work. You just need to define what kind of work is "hard work".

The new Attraction Marketing model of internet business is based on 3 basic components. First, your prospects FIND you and what you offer. This is called your Point of Contact marketing. It should consist of more that just a website. It should be an entire web of content: blogs, ezine articles, social sites such as FaceBook, MySpace, Squidoo, and Ads, both paid and free.

As you continue to build this huge web of contact, linking one point of contact to another, your presence on the internet grows, and the value you give makes people attracted to you and your expertise.

Second, your prospects GIVE YOU permission to communicate with them. We all hate SPAM and there are protocols and email laws you may not be aware of. Using an auto responder service will help you avoid the forbidden pitfalls. Hopefully, you are using multiple lead capture pages and even a subscription form on a blog. You see, your lead capture pages offer free valuable content if someone provides their contact information. This is, in effect, their granting permission for you to contact them in the future. So how will you begin to communicate with them?

The third component in an effective attraction marketing system is the Auto Responder. It is in this email campaign that you will GIVE VALUE, Build A Relationship, and Attract folks to you and your offers or opportunities or products. A single email for Time Sensitive Announcements or updates can be quickly sent out to your prospect list, or a group of pre-scheduled "auto emails" can drip every 3 - 5 days sharing valuable information on topics of interest to your prospects. Critical in all this is the use of "synergy marketing". This is the practice of creating links on your emails to some of your other web content, such as, blogs, articles, Squidoo lenses, etc.
